The European Union and NATO pledged on Tuesday to step up their support for Ukraine to defend itself against Russia's war, and to step up cooperation between Europe and the US-led alliance.
"We must continue to strengthen the partnership between NATO and the European Union. We must also strengthen our support for Ukraine," NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said after signing a joint declaration with senior EU officials.
