The court seized the shares of the parent company of the Fesco group into state income

The meeting lasted more than 14 hours, RIA Novosti reports.

“Until late in the evening, the defendants filed petitions, but almost all of them were rejected by the judge,” the report says.

The lawyer of one of the defendants, Ziyavudin Magomedov, Mikhail Osherov, stated that "the court satisfied the claim of the prosecutor's office to turn the shares into state revenue."

Fesco Transport Group is one of the largest private transport and logistics companies in Russia with assets in the field of port, railway and integrated business.

Earlier, the Meshchansky Court of the capital confiscated Ziyavudin Magomedov's shares in the Fesco and Summa groups.
