New management: SEK 190 million to save Karlskrona's quays

Karlskrona municipality's investigations have shown that many of the quays around Trossö are in poor condition - which the municipality's harbor manager Ola Gren believes is due to insufficient maintenance - and therefore must be renovated.

In its recently clubbed budget, the new government, consisting of the Moderates, the Sweden Democrats, the Christian Democrats and the Liberals, has spent a total of SEK 187 million on equipping the quays over the next four years.

- For 2023, it is about 80 million for Skeppsbron, Kungsbron and Aspöfärjan, says Emma Swahn Nilsson (M).
