  According to the announcement issued by the European Council on the same day, after the current term of EUCAP Sahel Mali (EUCAP Sahel Mali) ends on the 14th of this month, it will be postponed from the 15th until January 31, 2025. The mission will receive more than 73 million euros in funding.

  The announcement also pointed out that in view of the current political situation and security situation in Mali, the European Union has decided to adjust the tasks of the Mission in Mali.
