CNN: Training of the Ukrainian military to work with the Patriot may begin in the US next week

"The Ukrainian military is preparing to begin training with Patriot systems in the United States as early as next week," the statement said.

According to the channel, the training will take place at the US Army base Fort Sill in Oklahoma.

Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that preparations for the transfer of Patriot systems to Kyiv had already begun.

In December, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced the allocation to Ukraine of an additional tranche of $1.85 billion and Patriot air defense systems.
