In detail, the head of the Wanted Department at the Criminal Investigation Department, Lieutenant Colonel Abdul Rahman Al Shamsi, said that the “Sadad” initiative was launched on March 1, 2021, with the aim of providing the best services in accordance with standards of quality, efficiency and transparency, and ensuring that rights are restored to their owners, as well as strengthening human relations and interdependence. social.

Al Shamsi indicated that the campaign targeted the owners of criminal circulars of wanted individuals, as they are contacted to resolve the circular registered on them, by reviewing the requesting authorities and working to pay and follow them up.

The initiative succeeded in returning more than 565 million dirhams to its owners, without referring it to the judiciary, by 45% of the total number of people who were contacted to end the circulars registered on them.

He stressed the keenness of the Sharjah Police General Command to maintain the stability of society through its various initiatives, which are in the service of community members, noting that the “Sadad” initiative culminated in tangible positive results through settling financial disputes, reconciling conflicting parties in related issues, and finding solutions.
