Prince Harry releases his new book on Tuesday and reveals with a crash his truths about the functioning of the British royal family.

But the most explosive passages of the book having been widely disclosed in the press, the bookstores of the country did not notice any particular effervescence.

For the small bookstore "House of Banks", located in north London, this Tuesday, January 10 was a day like any other.

However, she was just welcoming in her stalls the new book of Prince Harry, called

Spare

, translation of "substitute".

In this bookstore, Natacha, the manager, has however highlighted the new publication of the Duke of Sussex.

Without success.

“It must be said that with this cold and rainy weather it does not help, it is quite calm. But we have still had a few calls to put the book aside as well as pre-orders since November.

"It does not interest me"

On leaving the bookstore, the indifference of some contrasts with the impatience of others.

"I'm not going to buy the book, it makes no difference and I'm not interested", testifies this Briton while a young woman testifies her weariness: "I watched the Netflix series and I said to myself ' Enough! He's done enough now.

Conversely, this reader stamps his feet: "I want to know what's going on behind the scenes of the monarchy. I saw what he said on TV but I want to know more. So yes, I I can't wait. I'm interested in seeing his point of view."

If the book does not unleash passions in bookstores, it nevertheless sits at the top of sales on Amazon in the United Kingdom.
