In September, it became known that presidential aide Yury Ushakov was appointed chairman of the Russia-Africa summit in 2023.
The first summit was held in 2019 in Sochi.
The second is designed to give a new impetus to trade, economic, investment, scientific, technical and humanitarian cooperation.
