Putin submitted to the State Duma a draft on the denunciation of the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption

This is evidenced by the data base of bills of the State Duma.

“To denounce the Criminal Law Convention for Corruption, signed on behalf of the Russian Federation in the city of Strasbourg on January 27, 1999,” the text of the document states.

Earlier, the State Duma adopted a law that proposes to oblige persons holding public office in the constituent entities of Russia to notify the prosecutor's office of cases of inclination to corruption.
