There will be a total of three matches between elite teams at this stage of the competition since, in addition to OM-Rennes, Brest will host Lens, runners-up to PSG in the league, and Toulouse will face AC Ajaccio.

PSG have been very well off and will travel to an amateur-level squad.

But the Parisians will still have to wait before knowing the identity of their opponent, who will be Reims Sainte-Anne (N3), Wasquehal (N2) or Pays de Cassel US (R1).

Reims Sainte-Anne (N3) and Wasquehal (N2) will indeed first have to replay their match of the 8th round, interrupted after a fight on the ground.

The winner will then play his 32nd final against Pays de Cassel US, the outcome of which will determine the future host of the Parisian ogre in the 16th final.

Lyon will also start as a big favorite in Chambéry (N3) while the Nantes title holder will travel to Thaon (N3) and Lille, who eliminated Troyes on Sunday evening (2-0), will be opposed at home to Pau (L2).

Finally, Olympique Strasbourg (R1), sensation of the 32nd finals after its success against Clermont (0-0, 4 tabs to 3), will try to repeat its feat against Angers, red lantern of L1.

The Round of 16 matches are scheduled for January 21 and 22.
