The Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested a 35-year-old suspect this Saturday, accused of a sexual assault in the Alt Penedés area.
Police sources point out that the defendant retained a 16-year-old minor in her house and raped her on several occasions.
According to Catalunya Ràdio, the defendant met the victim at the exit of a disco on Saturday morning and took her home.
In the car on the way, he already abused her and continued at her home.
There he held her against her will and sexually assaulted her.
The victim was able to get out and reported the suspect to the agents, who went to his house, a shared apartment, to arrest him this Saturday afternoon.
