A family fight gone wrong?
A 59-year-old man died on Saturday evening in Heining-lès-Bouzonville, Moselle, after an argument with his 26-year-old son.
The latter is suspected of having killed him with a knife, we learned this Sunday.
The death is "probably by stabbing and (…) the author would be his 26-year-old son, injured and currently in serious condition", indicated to AFP, the public prosecutor of Metz, Yves Badorc .
The firefighters confirmed that they intervened on Saturday in this village on the German border, "a little after 9 p.m. for a 59-year-old man declared dead, following a fight with his son".
The young man was hospitalized.
An investigation for murder on ascendant was opened and entrusted to the research brigade of the Boulay-Moselle gendarmerie.
