Examination: 1.525 million people refer to a high proportion of fresh graduates

According to the news released on the website of the State Civil Service Bureau on the 8th, the national examination was held simultaneously in 287 cities and 66,863 examination rooms in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country. A total of 1.948 million candidates had registered before the examination. The reference rate for actually taking the exam is about 78.3%, and the ratio of the number of people taking the exam to the number of recruits planned is about 41:1.

"The number of people recruited for this national exam has increased by 18.7% year-on-year, and the number of people actually taking the exam has exceeded 1.52 million. The popularity of the exam is positively correlated with the increase in the number of recruits." Liu Youzhen, an expert at the Huatu Education Research Institute, analyzed.

In addition, according to the website of the National Civil Service Bureau, there are 25,000 plans for the 2023 National Examination to recruit fresh college graduates to serve and promote the employment of college graduates. This scale accounts for nearly 70% of the total recruitment plan.

Chu Zhaohui, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Educational Sciences, previously analyzed that the recruitment policy favors fresh graduates, mainly to create more employment channels and opportunities for college graduates.

In recent years, both the central government and local governments have introduced measures to find more policy positions for college graduates.

Candidates: The postponement has little impact on taking the exam with a calm mind

Around 7:30 am on the 8th, some candidates had already arrived outside a national examination center in Haidian District, Beijing.

Candidate Ms. Yang is taking the national exam for the first time this year.

According to her introduction, she is 30 years old and works in the IT industry in Beijing. She is applying for a tax post in a certain place in Liaoning Province. "I mainly want to go home and work."

Although she is preparing for the exam on the job, Ms. Yang said frankly that she has been working for many years, and she still has a relatively peaceful mind when facing the exam.

Candidate Xiao Du is a senior student and has been reviewing for the national exam for 6 months.

She said that although she was a little tight in answering the questions, the difficulty of the questions was more conventional.

After the national exam, she will also take the provincial exam in her hometown and complete an internship.

The National Examination Written Examination was originally scheduled to be held on December 3-4, 2022, and was later postponed to January 7-8, 2023.

According to Liu Youzhen's analysis, the postponement will not have much impact on the national exam. The preparation cycle for candidates is one month longer, and everyone is more prepared, and the test scores may fluctuate.

After the exam: The results of the written test will be announced in March. Experts remind that the interview should be prepared in advance

According to the website of the National Civil Service Bureau, after the written test is over, candidates can log on to the special website in early March 2023 to check the written test results and the minimum passing score.

Candidates who pass the written test may prepare for the interview.

For details of the interview time and place, please refer to the interview announcement issued by the recruitment agency on the department website and the special examination website.

After the interview, the recruiting agency will release the applicant's interview results and comprehensive scores through the special website for admission.

Among them, if the professional ability test is not organized, the comprehensive score will be synthesized according to the ratio of written test and interview results each accounting for 50%; if the professional ability test is organized, the comprehensive score will be combined according to the written test score and 50% of the interview score and professional ability test score ratio synthesis.

"The overall interview format of the national examination is determined. There are structured interviews, group discussions without leaders and structured group interviews. Candidates need to actively prepare." Liu Youzhen said.
