An orange warning, the second highest level, issued by SMHI for snow and wind in northern Götaland is valid until nine o'clock on Thursday morning.

A yellow warning in southern Svealand applies until six o'clock.

- Until the late afternoon there is a break in Götaland.

Clouds dominate throughout the country, with freezing temperatures in most places.

Only in the far south will it be plus degrees, says Viktor Bergman, meteorologist at SMHI.

Until Friday, high pressure is expected in the north and cold.

- Possibly it may clear up at the top of the north, then it could be minus 20.

In the south, a new snowfall area is expected to move in from the North Sea.

- In part of Skåne and a bit up on the west coast, it might rain.

Otherwise snow, with 5–10 centimeters in large parts of Götaland.

It will also be windy again.

But it will be colder than Wednesday and Thursday's storms.

- I wouldn't be surprised if a warning comes out tomorrow, says Viktor Bergman.
