All's well That ends well.

Milky, the dog who got lost in the naval base of Toulon, in the Var, was found on Wednesday.

Since December 18, Anthony Petit had been desperately trying to find his Australian Shepherd.

The animal had escaped after being frightened by firecrackers on the evening of the World Cup final, reports

The animal was stuck in a ditch

Anthony, convinced that his dog was in the arsenal, tried for days to obtain authorization to pick him up in the enclosure of the military port, in vain.

Every day, the man posted posters in the streets of the city and called his animal from outside the naval base to find him.

After long days of waiting and thanks to the help of a lawyer specializing in animal rights, this Wednesday, Anthony was finally allowed to enter the arsenal.

After a few minutes of searching, he quickly found Milky, stuck in a ditch.

Thin and weakened, the animal is alive and well.

If the help of the firefighters was necessary to extract the Australian Shepherd from the ravine in which he had fallen, he was quickly able to find his master... for the greatest happiness of the latter, who wanted to thank all those who had mobilized to find Milky.
