The 11 measures issued by Nanjing to stay employed and stabilize jobs during the Spring Festival propose that Nanjing will give small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households who rent and use state-owned properties a half-price discount for the month of the Spring Festival; continue to implement the policy of gradually reducing unemployment insurance rates, Implement employment stabilization policies such as deferred payment of social insurance premiums, social insurance subsidies, and training subsidies.

During the Spring Festival, enterprises that keep their jobs and guarantee their supply and continue to construct projects will be granted a one-time job retention subsidy of 500 yuan per employee based on the actual standard of staying in Ningxia for the Chinese New Year.
Suzhou’s “Ten Measures for Job Stabilization” encourages all localities to take measures such as issuing “retaining red envelopes”, improving dining conditions, and arranging nearby cultural and entertainment activities in accordance with the actual needs of production and operation, so as to retain workers with jobs and salaries.
During the Spring Festival (January 21st to January 27th), if key enterprises arrange non-Suzhou household registration employees to spend the festival in Suzhou, Suzhou will give the enterprise condolence subsidies at a standard of no less than 500 yuan per person.
From January to February, if the enterprise recruits non-Suzhou household registration personnel who came to Suzhou for employment for the first time, and signed a labor contract with them for 1 year or more and participated in social insurance for 3 months or more consecutively, Suzhou will pay no less than 500 yuan per person. Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province encourages enterprises to attract non-local employees to celebrate the New Year on the spot by issuing red envelopes for staying on the job, New Year gift packages, and improving working and living conditions.
For enterprises with more than 30 employees who stay in other places during the Spring Festival, they will be paid according to the standard of 500 yuan per person for employees participating in insurance from other places (the first 4 digits of their ID cards in other places shall prevail, and they will participate in the employee pension insurance in January and February 2023).
