“The interlocutors discussed the expected results of the next Ukraine-EU summit, which will be held on February 3 this year in Kyiv,” the release says.
It is noted that Zelensky and the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen during a telephone conversation agreed to start preparatory work for the summit.
On January 2, von der Leyen said that she had a telephone conversation with Zelensky, during which she promised to continue providing financial assistance to Ukraine.
