Drugs, such as simvastatin, lovastatin, amiodarone, etc., cannot be used with nematevir, and some drugs are relatively contraindicated. Azvudine is not suitable for use during pregnancy and lactation, and should be used with caution in patients with moderate to severe liver and kidney impairment. Therefore, it also needs to be used under the guidance of a doctor.
