A 22-year-old young man was shot and killed Thursday evening in Sarcelles (Val-d'Oise), police sources reported on Friday.
The investigation is entrusted to the regional direction of the judicial police of Versailles.
The facts took place around 6:50 p.m. on a departmental road in Sarcelles.
“Individuals were seen fleeing,” a police source told AFP, reporting “several detonations”.
According to another police source, the young man was hit in the right flank.
Despite the intervention of the emergency services, he died of his injuries.
