“The government has extended preferential mortgages and expanded the terms of family mortgages.
Preferential mortgages will be available until July 1, 2024 at a rate of up to 8%,” the Cabinet said in a Telegram message.
It is noted that a loan can be obtained for the purchase of housing in a new building, the construction of a house or the acquisition of a land plot.
Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said that the terms of the preferential mortgage program in 2023 could be adjusted.
