The incident is classified as causing danger to others.

No one is said to have been injured.

- It is clear what it refers to.

This could have had much worse consequences.

Luckily there was only vehicle damage.

When it is a European road, higher speeds can be involved, says police spokesperson Dennis Johansson Strömberg.

Difficult investigative situation

The police do not currently know how the objects ended up on the road or how long they have been there.

They also don't know if it's a mistake or if someone did it on purpose.

This makes the investigation situation look tough.

- As we do not know when or how this has occurred, no preliminary investigation has been initiated, so there is no ongoing investigation at the moment, says Dennis Johansson Strömberg.
