The man is charged with several cases of rape against a girl in her teens.

The crimes are said to have taken place in an apartment in Vetlanda in mid-August.

The police released the girl from the apartment and part of the prosecutor's evidence is an interview with the intervening police about his observations.

Other evidence is interrogation but also seizure of underwear and conversations between the girl and the man.

It appears from the indictment that the two must have had some type of love relationship and that the man was aware that the girl was a minor.

The prosecutor claims in his indictment that the man bought a train ticket for the girl so that she could come to Vetlanda.

Appeals for deportation

The prosecutor demands that the man be deported.

The man denies the allegations.
