The court increased the fine to the convicted ex-co-owner of "Winter Cherry" Vishnevsky to 70 million rubles

“Assign Vishnevsky an additional penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of ten times the amount of the bribe, that is, in the amount of 70 million rubles,” the judge said.

Earlier, Vishnevsky was sentenced by the Central District Court of Kemerovo to eight years in prison for bribing the head of the regional Gosstroynadzor during the reconstruction of the mall.

In March 2018, a fire broke out in the Winter Cherry shopping center in Kemerovo, killing 60 people, including 37 children.
