According to the research center "Zarplata.ru" (information is at the disposal of RT), knowledge of the Chinese language is expected mainly from logistics specialists and foreign economic activity managers.
The number of such vacancies has increased by 60% since March 2022, the number of vacancies for translators from Chinese has increased by 30%.
The average salary of logisticians and foreign trade managers, as noted in the study, increased by 15% over six months and amounted to 71 thousand rubles.
“For example, a manager in Moscow with the responsibilities of negotiating and searching for new suppliers in China with a mandatory requirement for knowledge of the Chinese language is offered from 60 thousand to 100 thousand rubles, and a buyer of radio equipment - 80-100 thousand,” the study says.
For translators, the median salary is 50 thousand, since March it has increased by 10%.
At the same time, it should be noted that in most vacancies for translators with knowledge of Chinese, the requirements also include knowledge of English.
In Moscow, a specialist with interpreting and translation duties can earn from 70,000 to 100,000 rubles, and a specialist in legal terminology - 100-120 thousand rubles.
Earlier it became known that more than half (60%) of Russian companies, as the study showed, invited former employees to return to work this year.
Among the specialists who were most often returned in the past year, respondents noted engineers (18%), line personnel (15%), logisticians (13%), drivers (10%), construction specialists (8%), production workers ( welders, turners, machine operators, mechanics, machinists and others - 8%).
