He specified that since February, 702 critical infrastructure facilities have been damaged.
Enin said that these are mainly gas pipelines and electrical substations.
Earlier, the deputy head of the Kyiv city administration, Pyotr Panteleev, said that the difficult situation with energy supply in Kyiv and emergency shutdowns would continue throughout the winter.
