Lee Jae-myeong, the representative of the Democratic Party, who was notified of the prosecution's summons in relation to the Seongnam FC donation suspicion, said that although it is difficult to understand the prosecution's behavior, he will confidently face it.

He expressed his strong will to break through head-on.

Regarding the suspicion of Seongnam FC donation, Lee Jae-myung, the representative of the Democratic Party, took an unscheduled statement.

After the summons notice last week, a message of condemnation was issued, such as comparing the prosecution's investigation to a 'ruthless sword dance', but he did not give a clear stance on whether to respond to the investigation. I was not paying.

However, two days before the day that the prosecution originally presented as the summons date, in fact, he announced that he would not avoid attending the prosecution.

Representative Lee said, however, that tomorrow (28th) will be discussed later, saying that it is difficult to attend due to the scheduled schedule and plenary meeting.

[Lee Jae-myeong/Democratic Party Representative: The date and method of the investigation will be decided through consultation with a lawyer.]

Previously, it was reported that the Democratic Party's closed supreme committee strongly discouraged Lee from attending as the prosecution's investigation was political oppression.

However, CEO Lee said, "I don't want to look like I'm avoiding because I'm guilty, I'll go and talk about it," said a meeting attendee.

An aide to Lee also said, "There is a lot of public opinion inside and outside the party saying that we should not respond to the prosecution's investigation, but my will to attend the prosecution is very strong."

This seems to reflect a sense of crisis that the position as the party's representative may be shaken if the judicial risks surrounding him lead to the entire party and the so-called screaming resistance grows.
