  Kirillov said that the Russian Ministry of Defense has mastered the list of all key figures in the U.S. bio-military research project in Ukraine.

The list includes the former director of the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the former director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the executive vice president of IQT, a venture capital firm of the CIA, and the former director of the U.S. National Institutes of Health.

  Kirillov pointed out that reports held by the Russian Ministry of Defense show that Ukraine's Mechnikov Anti-plague Research Institute, Veterinary Research Institute and Lviv Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene are the implementers of the US biomilitary research project. .

  According to the information available, the United States is transferring the unfinished part of the Ukrainian bio-military research project to countries in Central Asia and Eastern Europe.

The US also intends to further expand cooperation with countries in Africa and the Asia-Pacific region on similar projects.

  Kirillov said in June this year that the U.S. Department of Defense had admitted to funding 46 Ukrainian biological laboratories and acknowledged the existence of ties with the Ukrainian Science and Technology Center.
