A twenty-year-old man was shot dead overnight from Saturday to Sunday in the 14th arrondissement of Marseille.
Gunshots were reported to the police around 2:40 a.m. in the La Marine Bleue city, in the north of Marseille, explained a police source, according to which the victim died after the arrival of the police.
The emergency services pronounced the death on their arrival around three o'clock in the morning.
Two men fled on a scooter.
The judicial police were seized and the victim was known to the police for narcotics cases.
In the summer of 2021, two men aged 25 and 26 were shot by several assault rifle bullets in the Blue Navy city.
The two victims were about, at the time of their death, to appear in court in a drug case.
In the same arrondissement of Marseille, during the Christmas Eve weekend, a 22-year-old man was shot dead in the HLM Méditerranée city on Friday evening, and a man and a woman in their twenties were shot and injured on Saturday evening.
The vital prognosis of the man is engaged.
