On the basis of the cluster, labor workshops and a center for the development of young talented people with disabilities are being opened.

“It became the first center within the framework of our strategic program “Support through Life,” RIA Novosti quoted Lvova-Belova as saying during a visit to the Krasnodar Territory.

The Ombudswoman stressed that the project will provide assistance to families raising children with disabilities.

“He (cluster. - RT ) will be the very first and will expand this practice further to ten pilot regions that will appear next year,” summed up Lvova-Belova.

Earlier, the capital's mayor's office said that Moscow continues to provide assistance to residents of the DPR and LPR, including people with disabilities.

In November, Lvova-Belova, in an interview with RT, said that in the territories of the LPR, DPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, work was beginning to create a system to help children, including guardianship authorities.
