The Cabinet approved the concept of developing a culture of information security of Russians

This is reported by TASS with reference to the order of the government.

The Cabinet of Ministers instructed to implement the concept of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia together with other interested authorities. 

At the same time, the executive bodies of the constituent entities of Russia were recommended to take into account the provisions of the concept during the formation and implementation of regional programs in the field of information security.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a meeting of the State Council on Youth Policy, expressed confidence that Russian youth fell under a flurry of information attacks and found themselves in a vulnerable position.
