As Solovyov noted, the false police officer informs the citizen that a certain person used his personal data and made several transfers to the territory of Ukraine, which, as the attacker explains in a conversation, is “financing the enemy and entails severe punishment for treason.”

“A person who is shocked by such an accusation, as a rule, further follows all the instructions of the scammers and, as a result, loses all funds from the account.

However, there are those who are trying to clarify which accounts and which bank they used.

Such awkward questions often catch scammers by surprise.

But the scoundrels who are the quickest to improvise answer: “We ask questions here,” the lawyer warned.

Therefore, when you hear someone on the other end of the telephone line pretending to be a police officer, hang up immediately, the RT interlocutor advised.

Earlier, lawyer Pozdnyakov warned that fraudsters can find out the balance on the card using different methods.
