As the court established, in 2006, businessman Telman Ismailov decided to kill Abraham Russo, who refused his personal protection, and instructed his personal bodyguard to find the perpetrators of the crime.
As a result, Demkin, Dzhura and Tryasnikov were hired for the assassination attempt.
In August of the same year, according to the court, Demkin shot at least six times at Rousseau and the security guard who was in the car with the singer.
The singer received four wounds.
