Earlier, Rogozin and two other victims of the shelling were taken from Donetsk to the Military Clinical Hospital of Rostov-on-Don.
DPR Prime Minister Vitaly Khotsenko and Dmitry Rogozin were injured as a result of shelling of a hotel in Donetsk.
Several persons accompanying Rogozin and hotel staff were also injured.
Acting head of the DPR Denis Pushilin announced the death of two people.
