“To satisfy the application for renunciation of the citizenship of the Russian Federation by the following persons: Vardanyan Ruben Karlenovich, born on May 25, 1968 in Armenia,” the document says.
In addition, Putin granted a request to renounce Russian citizenship by a British businessman of Russian origin, Konstantin Sidorov.
