Pushilin reported on the attempts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to gain a foothold in the remaining part of Maryinka under their control

“The units in Marinka are advancing, there is already a struggle for the liberation of the rest of the city,” he told RIA Novosti.

However, Pushilin stressed, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to resist, regardless of the losses.

He added that despite this, very soon the Russian Armed Forces would completely liberate Marinka and enter a new direction - Krasnogorovka.

Earlier, Pushilin said that the center of Maryinka had been cleared of Ukrainian militants.
