The man shot the woman with two shots and hit her in both a thigh and a buttock.

When police and paramedics rushed to the scene, "the man fired projectiles or blindly fired the weapon", the indictment states.

For these misdemeanours, the man is convicted of assault and serious threat to an official.

He is also convicted of grossly illegal threats and sabotage against blue light operations after he pointed the weapon at two paramedics and threatened them with their lives.

Have to pay six-figure damages

The penalty for the four crimes is 2 years and 4 months in prison.

The Boden king must also pay SEK 15,000 in damages to each police officer.

The ambulance personnel receive a larger amount of damages, around SEK 40,000 each.

The man must remain in custody until the prison sentence can be carried out.

The sentence can be appealed no later than January 11, 2023.
