On November 16 this year, with the support of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangdong, and relevant departments in Hong Kong and Macau, the alliance was formally established.
At the unveiling and awarding ceremony, Liu Liang, the chairman of the alliance and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and the main leaders of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Hunan Provincial Political Consultative Conference, the Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other units jointly unveiled the alliance secretariat, for the alliance of traditional Chinese medicine Materials Cooperation Center, Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Center, Traditional Chinese Medicine Industrialization Cooperation Center, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Business Cooperation Center.
The establishment of the four centers marks the first step in the construction of the entire industrial chain of "science, agriculture, industry, trade and medicine" promoted by the alliance, and has taken the first step in physical operation.
The four centers will deconstruct traditional Chinese medicine with science and technology, deeply explore the core technology of traditional Chinese medicine, expand upstream, radiate downstream, form a closed loop, improve quality and efficiency, and maximize the potential of each link in the upstream and downstream of the three provinces and two regions, and truly realize the chain and supplementary chain , Strengthen the chain to ensure a qualitative leap in the coordinated development of the industrial chain in the region.

After the plaque unveiling ceremony, the Huxiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance, Innovation and Development Summit Forum and the First Academic Symposium on Precision Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine were held.
The seminar also has six sub-venues, academician Su Guohui of Jinan University, academician Fan Xianqun of Shanghai Jiaotong University, academician Chen Zijiang of Shandong University, master of traditional Chinese medicine Sun Guangrong, master of traditional Chinese medicine Xiong Jibai, and representatives from Tsinghua University, Peking University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hong Kong University, Central South University , Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and many other universities, experts and scholars respectively gave academic lectures on the contents of "TCM Ophthalmology Diagnosis and Treatment" and "TCM Infertility Diagnosis and Treatment".
