“The governors of the largest grain-producing regions sent a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a proposal to limit the participation of foreign companies in the export of Russian grain, which export it through the “shadow links of the chain,” the material says.

In a letter, the heads of regions propose to legally limit the maximum share of participation of non-residents in the agro-industrial sector at the level of 20%.

Earlier, Russian Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev said that Russia has collected more than 159 million tons of grain in bunker weight, and about 150 million tons in net weight.
