A decision over time?

The car and its driver have a harder time than they used to.

Driveways will be reduced, parking spaces removed.

Some consider blockades to be a constitutional mandate.

But it is also true that drivers who use their cars like weapons have gotten away relatively unscathed for too long.

The fact that in such cases a punishment for murder can also be proportionate to the guilt has now been confirmed by the Constitutional Court.

This does not mean that there is always a maximum penalty for speeding with fatal consequences.

But if you accelerate mercilessly at a multiple of the permissible maximum speed (no speed limit will help against such offenders) in curves and race through red traffic lights, yes, you accept the death of other road users with approval.

Anyone who turns the city center into a racetrack can imagine the consequences.

The legal consequences are harsh but justifiable.

This is not a special right against speeders, but the application and exhaustion of applicable law.

Hopefully it will have an effect.

On the other hand, there is no reason to pathologize all motorists and outlaw their mode of transport.

Totraser are not friends of freedom, but criminals.

Individual mobility requires responsibility.

It is too important to condemn in general terms in terms of criminal outbreaks.

This message must also be understood in times of weakening legal awareness.
