Restrictive measures have been introduced against the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov, the heads of the Novosibirsk and Kaluga Regions Andrey Travnikov and Vladislav Shapsha.

In addition, the governors of the Tver, Nizhny Novgorod, Murmansk and Astrakhan regions Igor Rudenya, Gleb Nikitin, Andrey Chibis and Igor Babushkin were included in the sanctions list.

In total, 174 people and organizations fell under the new sanctions. 

Including the European Union included in the sanctions list a number of Russian ministers and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.
