Or uncles or maternal uncles, in addition to any other conditions to be determined by a decision of the Head of the Judicial Department. 

She pointed out that the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department launched the civil marriage service by completing marriage ceremonies in "five international languages", which are Arabic, English, Russian, Chinese and Spanish, to apply for civil marriage ceremonies on the Judicial Department's website - Abu Dhabi, it also provides the "distinguished civil marriage" service, so that documentation takes place within 24 hours.

She indicated that Law No. 14 of 2021 regarding civil marriage and its effects in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi succeeded in achieving 7 basic goals, as it provided a flexible and advanced judicial mechanism to adjudicate personal status disputes of foreigners, and strengthened the emirate’s position and global competitiveness as one of the most attractive destinations for human talents and competencies. And achieved the leadership of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in issuing the first civil law to regulate family matters for foreigners in accordance with the best international practices, as well as ensuring the right of a foreigner to be subject to an internationally recognized law that is close to him in terms of culture, customs and language, in addition to that it achieves and protects the best interests of the child, especially in the case of parental separation. , and reduces bickering and disagreements resulting from the reasons for divorce, and finally, it preserves the role of the father and mother in the post-divorce stage
