A man and a woman appeared this Thursday in court in Savoie: he for acts of domestic violence, she for harassment.
As Le Dauphiné Libéré tells it, the 33-year-old defendant had already been convicted of being violent in August 2021.
A few days after this trial, his companion, with whom he was forbidden to come into contact, reconnected with him.
He was in a relationship again, according to her.

This 43-year-old woman, visibly under the influence of her companion described as jealous, made 4,541 calls or messages to her in eight months.
The man was again violent towards his partner.
“This is the first time that I have sued a woman victim of domestic violence for harassment,” said the public prosecutor during the trial, quoted by our colleagues.
According to experts, the 30-year-old is in a state of “emotional dependence”.
Faced with this toxic relaxation, the prosecutor demanded a suspended prison sentence for the two defendants, as well as a ban on contact.
Judgment will be rendered on January 26.
