22 members of the Federation Council and 20 State Duma deputies fell under new EU sanctions

This is stated in a document published in the official journal of the EU.

The European Union also imposed sanctions against the chairman and judges of the Constitutional Court of Russia

In total, 174 people and organizations fell under the new sanctions. 

Including the European Union included in the sanctions list a number of Russian ministers and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.
