He added that the incident is regarded by the authorities of the Zaporozhye region as a terrorist act.
Earlier, Rogov said that two powerful explosions sounded in Melitopol.
Later, he clarified that the Armed Forces of Ukraine damaged the bridge in the village of Konstantinovka, which is located in the suburbs of Melitopol.
Traffic on the bridge was suspended after the explosion.
