In addition, Putin has admitted this Friday that agreements will have to be reached on
Ukraine

The delivery of the Nobel Peace Prize, a protest ceremony in defense of Ukraine
The
Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian trio
awarded the
Nobel Peace Prize
will collect the prestigious award on Saturday in Oslo (Norway), in a ceremony marked by its claim against Moscow's invasion of the neighboring country.
The Nobel Peace Prize will bring recognition to the Belarusian militant
Ales Bialiatski
, the Russian organization
Memorial
and the
Center for Civil Liberties
(CCL) of
Ukraine
.
It will do so at a difficult time for all three: the
Belarusian militant is in prison
, Memorial was
outlawed last year
and the Ukrainian organization operates in the middle of a country at war.
Despite this, none of the representatives of the three winners falters in their fight against the Russian government of
Vladimir Putin

US warns of 'large-scale military partnership' between Russia and Iran
The United States
on Friday expressed
alarm at a "large-scale military partnership"
between
Russia and Iran
, describing it as
"harmful" to Ukraine
, Iran's neighbors
and "the international community
. "
Iran is being accused by Western powers of
supplying Russia with drones
for its
war against Ukraine
, as Moscow pummels the country's energy infrastructure for an advantage in the conflict.
Washington has previously condemned security cooperation between Iran and Russia, but on Friday outlined a
sprawling relationship involving equipment such as drones, helicopters and fighter jets
.
"Russia is looking to collaborate with Iran in areas like weapons development, training," White House national security spokesman John Kirby
told reporters

Putin talks about modifying his military doctrine to include pre-emptive strikes
Russian
President
Vladimir Putin
said Friday that his country was considering
modifying its military doctrine
to include the possibility of
carrying
out preemptive strikes
to disarm an enemy.
The Kremlin leader was responding to a reporter's question about some of his statements this week in which he warned that the
risk of nuclear war
was increasing, but that Russia would not attack first.
In his reply, Putin said that Moscow was considering adopting what the United States calls a preemptive strike.
"First of all, the United States has the concept of preemptive strike. Second, it is developing a system of disarming strikes," Putin told reporters in Kyrgyzstan.
The Russian president assured that his country needed to think about adopting these "ideas (Americans) to guarantee its own security."
"We're just thinking about this," he added.
"If a potential adversary believes that it is possible to use the concept of preemptive attack but we don't, then this makes us think about the threats that these ideas pose to us," he explained.
Putin argued that
Russian
cruise missiles
and hypersonic weapon systems
were "more modern and even more efficient" than American ones.

Putin threatens Europe to cut oil production due to price ceiling
Russian President
Vladimir Putin
warned on Friday that
Russia
may reduce
oil production
as one of the response measures
to the cap of 60 dollars per barrel imposed by the European Union (EU), the G7 and Australia
on Russian crude.
"As for our reaction, I already said it: we will simply
not sell to those countries that make such decisions
. We will perhaps even think about the possibility (...) of reducing production," he said at a press conference after participating in the summit of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in Bishkek.
"We have an agreement with OPEC+ on a certain level of extraction. We will think of something additional, if necessary," he said, referring to
Russia
.
The Kremlin chief indicated that the price cap imposed by the West does not affect only Russia, but "all producers".
