Berdimuhamedov noted that during his visit to Russia, the parties agreed to significantly increase partnership in all areas of bilateral cooperation.
Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin said that relations between Russia and Turkmenistan are actively developing after the arrival of new President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
