President of self-proclaimed Kosovo postpones municipal elections in Serbian regions

It is noted that after a meeting with the leaders of parliamentary parties, it was decided to set April 23 as the date for holding early municipal elections in the settlements of Severna Mitrovica, Zubin Potok, Leposavich and Zvecan.

Earlier, Vecherne Novosti reported that Serbs were building barricades in northern Kosovo after Dejan Pantic, an ex-employee of the local Interior Ministry, was detained in Pristina.
