The Russian Foreign Ministry informs about this.

It is noted that this was confirmed during the consultations held on December 8-9 in Istanbul between Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin and his Turkish counterpart Sedat Onal.

“The “package” nature of the agreements was confirmed - the “Black Sea Initiative” on the export of Ukrainian food and the Russia-UN Memorandum on the promotion of Russian fertilizers and agricultural products to world markets,” the ministry said.

The report says that the full and conscientious implementation of these agreements will help, first of all, needy countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

It will also ensure global food security, the Foreign Ministry said.

In November, UN Secretary-General António Guterres welcomed the agreement of all parties to restart the food deal.
