State Department: U.S. has nothing yet to report on possible steps to issue visas in Russia

He answered the question whether the issuance of US visas in Russia could be resumed soon.

“I am not yet ready to announce any new steps regarding the issuance of visas,” he said.

Earlier, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Sergei Ryabkov said that the American Embassy began to fill vacancies responsible for issuing visas.
