Regional director Peter Lilja has started the recruitment of a new director of health and medical care, the region announces in a press release.
In the meantime, Maria Arvidsson Karlsson steps into the post.
Maria Arvidsson Karlsson is from Karlskrona and a biomedical analyst by profession.
She is also one of three area managers in the health care administration, and has previously been deputy administrative manager for Blekinge Hospital and operational manager for clinical physiology.
